– Planning a new “The Villa” project that takes advantage of the natural beauty of the Northern Alps –

We are pleased to announce the start of a lodging development project in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.
This project is positioned as part of ALMIGO’s hotel brand, “the villa,” and we are currently in the early stages of planning the facility.

The proposed site is located in Hakuba Village, a quiet region where the natural beauty of the Northern Alps can be enjoyed up close. The area offers an environment in which visitors can experience seasonal landscapes and a wide range of activities throughout the year.

 

 

■ Project Overview

Our company is considering the development of an accommodation facility at this location, primarily consisting of a limited number of detached villas.

・Location: Hakuba Village, Kitaazumi District, Nagano Prefecture

・Planned Development: Detached villas (planned)

・Opening Date: To be determined

※At this stage, the project is still in the basic conceptual phase, and the plan is subject to change as further research and design progress.

■ Development Background

Hakuba Village is widely known as a premier destination for winter sports such as skiing, while also continuing to grow in value as a year-round destination offering mountain hiking, cycling, and nature-based activities during the green season.

In particular  this area is a zone where harmony with and preservation of the natural environment are especially important. Accordingly, our company has adopted a basic development policy focused on small-scale, detached villa units that make the most of the area’s tranquility.

The development concept is based on the following key principles:

・Consideration for the surrounding environment through independently arranged buildings

・Selection of materials and architectural design that harmonize with the natural surroundings

・Villa layouts designed for relaxed stays, centered on amenities suitable for long-term accommodation (such as kitchens)
