ALMIGO corp.(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Toru Takeuchi; hereinafter referred to as “our company”), which operates the hotel brand “ORO hotels,” is planning to open two new facilities under its “Creek” brand, which gently bridges the boundaries between accommodation and daily life: one in Tateyama, Chiba, and the other in Katsuyama-Kita, Osaka.

We introduce these two facilities, which will utilize the unique characteristics and regional features of each location to propose a new type of stay experience that allows guests to immerse themselves in the daily life of the town.

 

 

■ Facility Introduction ①: Creek M-Styles Tateyama

We are launching a private villa project in Funagata, Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture.
Construction will begin soon, with the aim of opening by the end of the year.

Tateyama City in Chiba Prefecture is about a 90-minute drive from central Tokyo via the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line. The Tateyama Bay in front of the city is known as “Kagami-ga-ura” (Mirror Bay) because the waves are calm throughout the year, making it ideal for marine activities such as SUP. The surrounding area boasts natural beauty such as Funagata Fishing Port and Okinoshima Island, as well as coastal cycling paths and inland trekking courses, offering guests the opportunity to connect with nature according to their individual interests.

 

■ Facility Introduction ②: Creek Nishiki/Katsuyama Kita

~A stay where you can “live” in a vibrant, historic shopping street and a modern Japanese-style private space~
As a new base for “Creek,” a fully renovated house will open in Katsuyama-Kita, Ikuno-ku, Osaka City, offering a completely private space that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
This facility is scheduled to open this summer.

The second floor offers two bedrooms (Japanese-style rooms) with indirect lighting creating a modern atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment.
